About the Drive

The Newly elected body of the Uttar Pradesh Library Association (UPLA) - 2025 decided to introduce the online 'Life Membership Updation Drive' on October 13, 2025. All the existing life members were requested to update their details on the designated Google form.

The poster was released with a QR code linking to a Google form and a URL for updating the details, and it was circulated to all relevant LIS groups.

The consolidated list of updated members shall be sent to the U.P.L.A. Branches for verification. After verification, the certificates will be issued to the members.

APPEAL

Members are kindly requested to update their details using QR Code by June 30, 2026. It is mandatory for all members to update their details. We are looking forward to your kind cooperation in this regard.

After completing this task, we may start soon the new membership enrollment drive. Therefore, please do the needful at the earliest possible.
