I extend my warm greetings to all members of the Library and Information Science community through the official platform of the Uttar Pradesh Library Association (U.P.L.A.).

U.P.L.A. has been dedicated to the growth and promotion of library and information services since 1956. The Association continues to support professional development, academic collaboration, research, and innovation in the LIS field.

As General Secretary, I believe libraries play a vital role in building an informed and progressive society. U.P.L.A. remains committed to organizing seminars, workshops, training programmes, and initiatives that strengthen professional skills and create opportunities for young LIS professionals and researchers.

I invite all library professionals, educators, students, and stakeholders to actively participate in the activities of U.P.L.A. and contribute towards building a stronger and future-ready library community.
